SPICY TURKEY TACO WITH EGGS

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • POSITIVELY PLANTAIN TORTILLAS.
  • 3 PASTURE RAISED EGGS
  • GROUND TURKEY
  • CORN
  • CELERY
  • ZUCCHINI
  • SAUCY LIPS GHOST PEPPER HOT SAUCE

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Whisk three eggs, and then scramble in a pan over medium low heat until cooked. Remove eggs, and saute corn, celery, and zucchini in this pan until tender. 

  2. In an additional pan, saute ground turkey until fully cooked through. 

  3. Heat individual tortillas on a dry pan until slightly browned, pliable, and fully heated. 

  4. In the tortilla add the vegetables, ground turkey, and desired amount of hot sauce. Serve eggs on the side and add more hot sauce. 

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
